Bio:
Project: "Mobocracy: How the Media's Obsession with Polling Twists the News, Alters Elections, and Undermines Democracy." Matt's fellowship work culminated in a book by the same title published in January, 2002, by Prima Publishing, a division of Random House. He has served as a special assistant for speechwriting to President George W. Bush. He has also served as a special assistant to two U.S. Attorneys General, managing editor of Human Events and guest opinion editor and writer for Investor's Business Daily in Los Angeles. He graduated summa cum laude from the University of California at San Diego. He is currently Executive Communications Advisor to the Management Committee at ExxonMobil.
