Bio:

Jesse James DeConto is a writer living in Durham, N.C. He covers religion, politics and culture for The Christian Century, Prism and other magazines. He writes and performs with The Pinkerton Raid, an indie pop band with a new record out in 2012. He is also working on a spiritual memoir, This Littler Light: A Pilgrimage from Moral Majority to Beloved Community.
