Project: "The Reluctant Convert: Why Arkansas Has Not Joined the South's Republican Realignment."

Bio:

When David was awarded this fellowship he served as a political columnist for Stephens Media and the producer and host of "Unconventional Wisdom," a public affairs program carried by the Arkansas Educational Television Network (PBS).  In 2008, his television program earned an Award of Distinction from the International Academy of the Visual Arts. He graduated from Ouachita University with a B.A. in political science and communications.  In 2010, David was elected to the Arkansas House of Representatives.
