Bio:
Rachel is chief speechwriter for Senator Jon Kyl (R-AZ). She formerly worked as managing editor for Hudson Institute and as an assistant editor at The Weekly Standard, where she worked in the books and arts section. Her work has appeared in The Weekly Standard, The Wall Street Journal The Washington Times, Books and Culture, the Washington Examiner and other places. She has a B.A. in English literature.
