The Phillips Foundation 

Is a non-profit organization founded in 1990 to advance constitutional principles, a democratic society and a vibrant free enterprise system.  In 1994, The Robert Novak Journalism Fellowship Program was launched to award grants to working print and online journalists supportive of American culture and a free society. In 1999, The Foundation launched its Ronald Reagan College Leaders Scholarship Program to provide renewable cash awards to college undergraduates who demonstrate leadership on behalf of the cause of freedom, American values and constitutional principles.

Robert Novak Journalism Fellowship Program

Novak If you are a working journalist with less than 10 years of professional experience in print or online journalism, you are eligible to apply for an exciting fellowship program offered by The Phillips Foundation. Applicants propose a one-year writing project on a topic of their choosing, focusing on journalism supportive of American culture and a free society. In addition, the Foundation awards separate fellowships on the environment, on free enterprise and on law enforcement. Find Out More




Ronald Reagan College Leaders Scholarship Program

The Ronald Reagan College Leaders Scholarship Program seeks to recognize outstanding young people who are promoting American values on college campuses. The scholarships are designed to alleviate the financial burdens associated with higher education, permitting the winners to devote more time both to pursuing their academic goals and advancing their initiatives as student  leader-activists.
