Bio:

of Carlsbad, Cal., attends the University of California at Santa Cruz, where she co-founded Students for a Conservative America. She is also working to revive The Redwood Review, a conservative student newspaper. In 2001, she served as an intern for the City of Vista, Cal., and received an official Proclamation of Appreciation from the mayor for her work on traffic and highway safety projects. She has spearheaded efforts to improve academic standards and grading at her school. Her future plans include attending law school and entering public service.
