Bio:

Kernersville, N.C., is a sophomore at High Point University (N.C.) majoring in political science. President of the schools College Republicans, he also was an intern on Elizabeth Doles Senate campaign team and currently serves on the Student Government Association executive council. He is a graduate of the Leadership Institutes Youth Leadership School and Grassroots Activist School. Through his College Republican club, a registration drive in 2002 gained 86 new voters and aided 70 students in voting absentee. He volunteers on charitable and civic projects for the March of Dimes, Habitat for Humanity, and the Red Cross as a regular blood donor.
