Bio:

LaPorte, Ind., is a Purdue University sophomore with a double major in political science and aviation. She is state vice-chairwoman of the Indiana College Republicans, liaison to the Womens Caucus of the College Republican National Committee, and executive director of the Purdue College Republicans. She has been a law firm intern and an election clerk. She is active in sorority programs and the Purdue symphonic band as well as several charities.
