Bio:

Wellsboro, Pa., attends Dickinson College with a double major in History and Policy Management Studies.  He is an elected member of the Tioga (Pa.) Republican Committee, a student senator, and an officer of the Dickinson College Republicans.  An Eagle Scout, he continues to volunteer with the Scouting movement and other civic endeavors.
