Bio:

Kernersville, N.C., attends the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill and is majoring in political science and Southern studies. In high school she was a state leader of the Teen-Age Republicans as well as the YMCA, particularly its Youth in Government Program. In addition to various civic and charitable endeavors, she is active in the College Republicans, Students for Academic Freedom, the right-to-life movement, and Star-Spangled Classrooms, a project to have more U.S. flags displayed on campus.
