Bio:

Merrill, Wis., attends the University of Notre Dame and is majoring in liberal studies. He was twice the Wisconsin state champion debater and has continued to win awards and participate in major speech and debate activities. He launched his own public-access channel TV show, Outside the Office, and belongs to the College Republicans. He participates in a range of service and ministry projects on campus and in the community.
