Bio:

Jacksonville, Ore., attends Willamette University and is majoring in politics. He is state chairman of the Oregon Federation of College Republicans and has doubled membership in the state during his tenure. He has also organized fellow conservative activists on campus in several projects and initiatives confronting left-wing bias and ideological conformity. He is a member of the student senate and won the 2004 Best Senator award. He has interned for a state senator and is active in the Salem (Ore.) Chamber of Commerce.
