Bio:

Winchester, Tenn., attends Bryan College and is majoring in communications. He was an Eisenhower Intern at the Republican National Committee. He is the president of his class at Bryan as well as chairman of the College Republicans and executive director of the Tennessee Federation of College Republicans. He has participated in numerous political campaigns and referendum projects.
