Bio:

Colgate, Wis., attends Stetson University and is a biochemistry major with a 4.0 GPA. He is chairman of the Stetson College Republicans. In 2006 he was student representative to the John Apgar Lecture Series Advisory Board. He is managing editor of and an ethics columnist for Common Sense, an independent, conservative campus magazine, helping to successfully turn back attempts by the Stetson administration to prevent its distribution. He has participated in many political campaigns for local, state and national candidates.
