Bio:

Sergeant Bluff, Iowa, attends Morningside College and majors in political science and mass communication. She has interned for U.S. Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-IA) and has held volunteer positions on the campaigns of several candidates for local, state and national office. As a high school student, she was a delegate to the Iowa GOP state convention and a member of the Woodbury County Republican Committee. She is a member of the Morningside Student Government, assistant news director and producer of a political talk show at the campus radio station, a former member of the Sergeant Bluff Youth Commission, and a member of the advisory Young Readers Board for The Sioux City Journal.
