Bio:

Woodbury, Minn., attends Gustavus Adolphus College and is majoring in political science and economics. An officer of the College Republicans, he helped prepare a manifesto challenging his school's liberal orientation, classroom indoctrination, and discrimination against non-liberals, which attracted widespread attention and news coverage. He has interned twice with the Minnesota State Legislature. He has received both the silver and gold Presidential Volunteer Service Awards.
