Bio:

Fond du Lac, Wis., attends Hillsdale College and is a political science major. He is an award-winning trumpeter and has participated in jazz bands and the City of Fond du Lac Symphonic Band. He has volunteered for a variety of charitable and civic entities, including the Red Cross, Salvation Army, and a local crisis pregnancy center and right-to-life organization. He has volunteered for several political campaigns and is active in the Fond du Lac County GOP. At school, he belongs to Hillsdale Students for Life. He has contributed articles and commentary to campus publications.
