Bio:

Plymouth, Minn., attends Duke University, where he is majoring in chemistry and Russian. He and his family emigrated to the U.S. from the Soviet Union in 1991. He is an officer of the Duke College Republicans, through which he has helped organize events such as Presidential debate-watching nights and Communism Week. He is noted for engaging in discussion and conservative advocacy at the grassroots level throughout Duke. He is a volunteer at Duke University Hospital and is a member of the chess team.
