Bio:

Manchester, N.H., attends the George Washington University. He previously attended the University of Vermont, where he is a classics major. A native of Paraguay adopted by American parents, he also studied in a summer session at the University of Cambridge (U.K.). He has interned for the Presidents Office at the Heritage Foundation and the New England headquarters of McCain-Palin 2008. He is an officer of the UVM College Republicans and attended the Campaign Victory School sponsored by the Republican National Committee. He is a tutor and mentor for high-risk students in his home town.
