Bio:

Bowie, Md., is a Loyola University of Maryland sophomore and Eagle Scout who is double-majoring in political science and French. He has volunteered for several local and state political campaigns and has interned for Maryland State Sen. Doug Peters.  He is active in the Loyola College Republicans and has organized two “Tea Party” demonstrations and co-founded the Baltimore Tea Party Coalition.  In 2009 and 2010, he organized bake sales for the USO and the Wounded Warrior Project that raised $4,500.
