Bio:

McLean, Va., attends Dickinson College, where he is majoring in political science.  He founded his high school’s Teen-Age Republican (TAR) club and is president of Dickinson’s College Republicans.  In 2010 he was statewide coordinator of Students for Pat Toomey, the GOP candidate for U.S. Senate from Pennsylvania.  Working with the Heritage Foundation and the American Council of trustees and Alumni, he has launched a project to make a U.S. history or civics class a mandatory requirement for graduation from Dickinson.  He is an opinion writer for The Daily Caller, has interned for Americans for Prosperity, and more nearly six months volunteered in the Northern Virginia headquarters of the Bob McDonnell for Governor (VA) campaign focusing on voter contact and turnout projects.
