GABRIELLA HOFFMAN
Bio:
Laguna Niguel, Calif., attends the University of California-San Diego, where she is majoring in political science. She is a past chairman of the UCSD chapter of Young Americans for Freedom and has served as an at-large member of the YAF National Board of Directors. She also is active in the UCSD College Republicans. She is a Sarah T. Hermann Intern Scholar with Young America’s Foundation, executive assistant for La Jolla, Calif., talk show host Rick Amato, and a columnist, staff writer, and advertising manager for The California Review, a conservative campus publication. Her father grew up under Communism in Soviet-occupied Lithuania, where he faced discrimination for being Jewish, and her maternal grandfather was imprisoned in a Soviet labor camp for belonging to a Catholic youth group.
