Bio:

Belgrade, Mont., attends the University of Chicago and is majoring in political science.  She was a Koch Summer fellow at the Montana Policy Institute, a page at the Montana State Senate, and an intern for U.S. Senator Max Baucus (D-MT).  She is active in the College Republicans.  As an Inter-House Council (i.e., dormitory governing body) representative, she has worked to clarify student free speech rights, which the university has limited.  She is a co-founder and officer of the University of Chicago Figure Skating Club.
