Bio:

Waterford, Mich., attends Michigan State University and is majoring in political theory and constitutional democracy.  He was chairman of the Michigan Federation of Teen-Age Republicans (TARs) and is active in the Michigan State College Republicans.  He is a staff political writer for The Spartan Review and active in Students for Life.  He is an alumnus of several leadership training and development programs for student activists, including the National Conservative Student Conference, Independent Institute, Michigan Youth in Government, and the Mackinac Island Republican Leadership Conference. He has interned for the Republican National Committee’s general counsel.  He was a GOP candidate for the Ingham County (Mich.) Board of Commissioners in 2010.
