Bio:

San Marino, Calif., attends Georgetown University and has not declared a major.  He previously attended Columbia University. A National Merit Scholar, He is on the editorial board of The Hoya, Georgetown’s student newspaper.  He was senior editor of the Helvidius Group, which produced Columbia’s Journal of Politics & Society, contributing writer to the Columbia Daily Spectator, and deputy publisher for the Columbia Political Union. He is managing editor of Utraque Unum, a Georgetown academic journal, and is a member of the Tocqueville Forum, a group dedicated to the study of the American Founding.
