The Phillips Foundation is a non-profit organization founded in 1990 to advance constitutional principles, a democratic society and a vibrant free enterprise system. We award fellowships to young journalists and scholarships to college students who share our commitment to individual liberty, limited government and free markets.
Our Robert Novak Journalism Fellowship Program awards grants to print and online journalists who undertake journalism projects supportive of American culture and a free society. Our Ronald Reagan College Leaders Scholarship Program provides renewable grants to college undergraduates who demonstrate leadership on behalf of freedom and American values. Our programs are making a real difference in combating liberal bias in the media and on America’s college campuses.
If you believe in the importance of the Phillips Foundation’s mission, we would welcome your tax-deductible contribution to support our fellowship and scholarship programs for promising young Americans. The Phillips Foundation is recognized by the IRS as a Section 501(c)(3) tax-exempt charitable organization and our Federal Tax ID # is 52-1707001.
